Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Aligned and Rooted Wellness, I value your time, my time, and the integrity of our work together. In order to honor the energetic and logistical space held for each client, the following policies are in place:
 

Cancellation Policy

Scheduled sessions are reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be considered a missed session and are non-refundable.

• In the case of an emergency, exceptions may be made at the discretion of the practitioner.
   

Refund Policy

All services, including coaching packages, Reiki sessions, and other offerings, are non-refundable once delivered. This ensures respect for the time, preparation, and energetic commitment invested in each session.

• No refunds will be issued for sessions that have been completed.

• Prepaid packages or unused sessions may be rescheduled or transferred upon request, provided the cancellation policy is followed.

• Refunds on prepaid sessions (if requested before use) are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a processing fee.
